Focus on water birth micro-movements and relaxation. Presentation using birthing pools.

Tea and refreshments included.

This workshop focuses on micro-movements and relaxation practices in water before and during water birth, with the inclusion of women and couples who are about to have their babies.  These practices have been developed to impact positively on the unconscious of parents to be. Alternatives to conventional newborn bathing will also be shown as applicable to babies soon after birth irrespective of the way they were born.

Transport will be arranged to Linton Pool (10 miles outside Cambridge)


Guided Tours of Cambridge will be arranged (morning and afternoon) for delegates not taking part in the post-conference workshops.
